QAFP – A SYSTEM OF QUALITY ASSURANCE FOR FOOD PRODUCTS
 
The system has been established by the sector organization -  the Union of Producers and Employers of the Meat Industry UPEMI. The system is not intended for one group of products only – it is continuously supplemented with new quality standards. So far, the sets comprise standards for pork meat, for chicken and turkey meat as well as for Polish oat goose meat and meat processing.
